FRESH FALL ICELANDIC FLEECES
In the quiet of winter, we are able to skirt our fall fleeces and offer them to you for sale. Shorn in October when the grasses were still lush and green, and long before the winter hay begins, these are our premier fleece products. Fresh, well-skirted, and clean, clean, clean, these Icelandic fleeces are skirted by a spinner, for spinners.
Prices are as listed with each fleece. Shipping is by parcel post in the US Postal System, $3.50 per fleece in New England, and $5.00 elsewhere in the continental U.S. Email us at barbara@jager-icelandics.com to reserve your fleeces, and to send us your shipping address. We will continue to add fleeces as we continue to skirt throughout the season, and sold fleeces will be marked on a same day basis.

Black Lamb 151T. She is black gray but she has some warm tones in the tog, although not as brown as shows in the photos. More "black coffee" than "chocolate milk". Texture is nice; tog is very fine with very wavy, then curly, tips. Plenty of downy thel. This one is nice!
