| Born April 3,
2008 to Little Red, BLW-403M and AI Sire Lykill, 200U, a polled moorit
ewe lamb, single, 200U. (VAI)
This girl is one big chunk of muscle!! My daughters call her "The Moose".

| Born on 4/5/08, 201U is a horned moorit ram lamb, dam is Monica, BLW-166T, and sire is our Morison, BLW-103T. The horn buds are already showing and Mom is very careful with him, very protective. Lamb #201U.
Monica is a Magda daughter. |
![]() This sweet thing is 202U, a polled white ewe lamb born to BLW-140T and sire BLW-138T. Mom will stomp you if you get too close!

On April 5, Chubchub, 520M give us a nice set of Langidalur twins, 203U a polled, black/gray ewe and 204U, a horned white ram. She is such a good mother, calm, effective, easy lamber, plus that beautiful fleece.

Sunday, April 6th was a busy day with two sets of lamb visitors,
including a school group of 20 children and parents. They must
have brought us luck because Silky, BLW-821R, gave us VAI triplets with
Landidalur! We have only ever had one other set of VAI triplets,
and that was last year from Silky's dam BLW-608N. The triplets are
beautiful, good sized, not too big to birth well, and not too small
either, and all three are about the same size so no one lamb gets pushed
out from the udder. Lambs: 205U ewe, and 206U and 207U, rams. Silky is doing very, very well with them.
The triplets are approaching 3 weeks old, and getting stocky.

| BLW-922S, our Kunningi/Molur ewe had Blettur twins on 4/8/08. Sadly the first twin was breech and didn't make it. But ewe lamb 208U is doing very well and Mom is so careful and watchful.
At only 18 days old, you can already see the square and stocky build. This lamb is a Blettur daughter so carries color, including spotting. She also is a Kunningi granddaughter and Molur great-granddaughter. Wow!

| Thursday, April 10th. Yearling ewe BLW-137T surprised us with a beautiful set of ewe lamb twins, one white 209U, and one moorit 210U. Dad is our Langidalur son, BLW-138T. Now we know for sure that he carries moorit which is a lovely discovery. The lambs are very nice for twins born to a yearling. Good sized, and well matched so no one gets left behind. This gal gets a gold star!

| Sunday, April 13th, both good and bad already today and it is only 11:30 a.m. Triplet yearling BLW-160T tried to gestate twins but just didn't make it to her due date. She miscarried them this morning, one that had mummified, and one that had just died. With nothing solid to push against she had a hard time of it and needed help. Cleaned up and in a jug in case we can foster someone onto her later, she is crying and crying for her dead babies. ;-(
Then just a few hours later, Ormur/Flash daughter BLW-102T had the cutest, liveliest badger twins with your beautiful boy from Elaine Clark, Frelsi Farm. Sire is FFC-363P, a Flekkur grandson, and these twins are nice. Both ewes, 211U and 212U.

| Monday, April 4/14, Leg Spot had a lovely white ewe lamb, 213U. She did a picture perfect job, no troubles, no concerns, no glitches. She really shows her Solee heritage! That line is particularly strong as yearling mothers, and Leg Spot was no exception. Sire is Morison BLW-103T so the lamb carries solid and moorit. She could be homozygous for the moorit gene, and may carry spotting. Really cute!
Then a very fancy set of twins were born to our Arfi daughter, BLW-908S. Bred to FFC-363P she gave us a moorit gray ewe, 214U and a black badger ewe 215U. Well matched in size. These are the first for 908S and she is being very watchful and careful. Can't get too close!
